In addition we offer an exchange axle service for classics Jaguars where the suspension units are removed, totally stripped of all components, sandblasted, and specially primed for powder coating. They are finally rebuilt to a high standard using new and reconditioned components.

 REPAIRS

This MK10 3.8 rear axle on the left was completely overhauled which included the rebuilding of differential unit, with calipers, new pistons, brake discs and brake pads and a complete hand brake caliper mechanism overhaul, new brake pipes, springs and shock absorbers.  

You can have your suspension unit exchanged or your old unit rebuilt prior to inspection. A range of upgrades kits can also be fitted or supplied for drivers who wish to enhance their motor vehicle to meet the conditions of modern day driving. Above on the right shows an upgraded MKII rear axle. The rear leaf springs have been removed and replaced with upgraded coil springs and shock absorbers. Below shows a pair of MKII top wishbone arms with upgraded polyurethane bushes replacing the standard metallastic bushes.
